Now, if you're willing to devote at least 30 minutes a day to getting a slimmer, sexier, toned shape - you can do it. Your sexy toned shape starts with a 30-45 little daily power-walk and exercise program.

This is a proven fitness program I've been using for over twenty years. I've taught this uncomplicated fitness program to hundreds of habitancy over the years, and it works. It's Power-Walking with a figure-firming, muscle-toning exercise routine added.

Power-Walking Is Your inexpressive Weapon

Now please don't brush me off plainly because I'm talking about walking. Power-walking is remarkably effective. Power-walking burns calories, burns fat, and slims you down. Power-walking is as good, or better, than jogging and running since it's easier on the knees and every person can do it.

And no, you won't lose 10 pounds in a week. That kind of weight loss is mostly water-weight loss anyway. Quick weight loss isn't that blubbery fat around your stomach, or those unattractive saddlebag thighs, or that muffin-top waistline. Losing fat tissue takes time, effort, and dedication.

Okay, adequate preaching. Here's what you'll need to do to lose weight and fat (and that muffin-top waist):

- Commit yourself to devoting at least - At Least - 30 to 45 minutes a day, every day, to power walking and exercise. What...? You don't have time? You've got to find the time...no excuses. Remember, "You gotta pay the price, to look sexy and nice."

- Here's power-walking in a nutshell: Walk fast. Stretch out your steps. Push yourself off on every step you take. Don't - Don'T - just glide along. Push yourself off on every step. Believe me, you'll know it when you're doing it right.

- In the beginning your legs and calves will ache and hurt. In power-walking, pain and hurt is good when first beginning out; it means you're doing it right.

- If at all possible, add some push-ups, sit-ups, and leg lifts to your daily exercise routine. Devote 15 minutes a day to exercises other than your power walking.

- Get yourself a set of rubber resistance bands. Use them. No, you don't need weights. I use my resistance bands every day. Resistance bands are far more sufficient than weights and dumbbells when it comes to toning the body. They're easier to handle, plus, when you're fulfilled, you just toss them in a drawer, out of sight.

- Power-walk and workout Every Day. Make it a habit. No excuses. It's leading to make this an ingrained habit. I can't stress this enough.

- Weigh yourself everyday and keep a record. Jot down your weight on your calendar. Also, write a "W" on your calendar for every day you walk, and a "W.O." for everyday you do workout exercises. When your weight is in black-and-white you can't ignore it. Weigh every day. It's a great motivator to keep up your program.

This routine works. It'll burn fat and calories, muffin-tops and saddle-bag thighs. It will - easily Will - slim you down if you're dedicated.

I think of this program as my anti-aging, staying fit, slimming down, miracle good-looks program. Be sure and get your doctor's okay before beginning this or any other exercise program.

Exercises For Those "Saddle Bags" on Your Thighs

If you're a woman, you've most truly heard of the phrase "saddle bags" which is a euphamism (if you can call it a euphamism) for those stubborn pockets of fat that tend to gather on women nearby the outsides of there thighs, creating, well, a look of saddle bags.

Yep, it's taken from those suitable bags that hang off the sides of motorcycles to hold items, on either side of the motorcycle, and it's the excellent way to review these pockets of stubborn fat that so many women have, because in a nutshell, that's what they look like.

Workout Bags

These pockets of extra fat are what give women a womanly shape and curve to their body, but they can also be large and distracting, and give a woman a pear shape, or plainly make a woman's body look disproportionate when they grow out of control, normally in relation to when we gain weight or take a truly long time off of going to the gym or working out. Many times, saddle bags are hereditary.

Exercises For Those "Saddle Bags" on Your Thighs

I for one, inherited them from my mom and my grandmother, who are skinny, but they've all the time had that extra pocket of fat on the thighs, so it's all the time been a question area for me, especially when I put a few pounds on, because that's exactly where those extra pounds all like to go - to the thighs.

I know there are some of you out there who are reading this and going "yes!", I have the same problem, and yes it does run in my house on the women's side! But take heart, there are some exercises you can do to help minimize the look of saddle bags on the sides of your thighs, and of procedure a low fat and capability protein diet all the time helps as well, so the fat cells shrink and in turn shrink this area.

Exercises cannot thoroughly eliminate saddle bags on their own. Yes, they can help to pull them in and tone them, resulting in a smaller, more ageement appearance, but you also must watch your diet. Isn't this all the time the unfortunate truth of shrinking any part of our anatomy though?

Ok, now let's talk about some uncomplicated aerobic machine exercises we can do to help minimize the appearance of large thighs, Aka saddle bags. A very uncomplicated one is to use the elliptical machine and slightly turn the feet out as if you are walking like a duck.

The elliptical machine is one of my favorites for helping sculpt and tone my buttocks and thighs, without bulking them up, and they are great for helping sculpt this question area as well.

Also, going backwards on the elliptical can help sculpt out this area as well, if you can, with pointed out feet, but if it's too uncomfortable, just go backwards for a few minutes without inverting the feet. Every tiny bit of diversification in positioning will help this area.

Running on the treadmill or even walking doesn't assess to the elliptical if you want to concentrate on the thighs, because the ellipticals request for retrial is much more conducive to working this area since it is a half circle motion, and this targets that tiny area much great and more effectively.

Now, onto some more uncomplicated isometric-style exercises that you can do anywhere. You don't need any tool for these, just a tiny durableness and muscle to power your way through them like a champ, all the while reasoning of how toned your thighs are going to look by doing them consistently, and how you'll fit into those jeans without getting stuck at the thighs when pulling them on.

This one is a great one, and one of my favorites currently because it sounds easy, but when you start doing it, you will see that it is truly a great isolation exercise.

Begin laying on the floor (either a carpeted floor, or get a yoga mat or a mat with cushioning to protect your back and vertebrae). Put both of your legs straight up into the air, so that your body looks like it is at a excellent ninety degree angle. Now, put the bottoms of your feet together.

This will create a slightly pigeon-toed look and may not feel very natural at first, but bear with me. production sure you keep the bottoms of your feet together the whole time, gradually pull the legs down, almost as if your legs are one mechanism, lively up and down, in a solitaire shape.

Bring them straight down to the juncture of your thighs, all the while holding the bottoms of your feet together. You should feel some sort of isolation of the sides of your thighs, and if you don't you may be performing the practice incorrectly, so re-assess your positioning and technique.

After you bring your legs down, then begin to start lively them up, with your feet still velcro'd together, and bring them to a straight up position again, maintaining the lowest of the feet touching.

Do as many as you can. When you get good at this exercise, you can begin to do a tiny discrepancy of it, and move the legs out from the body, going at more of a one hundred ten degree angle than a ninety degree one. You will still feel the isolation, your just working a slightly distinct area of these stubborn saddle bags.

Next are the more positive choices that help whittle away that stubborn thigh fat, and those are the infamous and dreaded lunges. Yep, lunges are one of the best exercises you can do for those stubborn fat pockets that gather nearby your thigh areas.

Some of my favorites that I do a lot when I observation my thighs are beginning to be the sticking point for my jeans not fitting, is the side lunge. If you repeat the lunges nearby eight times for three sets, this is a good way to not only burn fat and sculpt out muscle, but also to keep the calorie burning up and create what's called muscle confusion.

Side lunges look like send lunges or squats, only one leg is straight out to the side, planted on the floor, while the other knee is bent, toes facing out to the other wall, away from you, and you are lunging so that the isolated area is the side of the thigh rather than the quadriceps or buttocks.

They are hard to do for many women, but I promise you, if you continue with them and stick to it, you'll be doing three sets of eight lunges in no time at all, if not more, and you'll be on your way to a much smaller upper thigh area!

If I were to rate this product in a vacuum, purely as product that allows you to easily exercise (in my case run and cycle) then I would give it 5 stars. It has the following benefits:

* The casing fits snuggly without fear it will pop open
* The clip on the back is a very sturdy/thick plastic
* The spring in the clip is STRONG preventing the clip from ever accidentally opening
* The band is easy to put on your arm
* The band is comfortable
* When fastened properly, I'm not worried about the band coming off
* The phone (with the clipped case) clips easily into the band
* How it mounts keeps your phone completely away from arm moisture while still being very stable
* The space between the phone and the band lets you wrap your headphone jack conveniently around it to take up extra slack

Like others, I had the 3G SportShell convertible from Marware, and I loved it!

The design for the i4 is substantially similar, except it is cut and fit just right. The ability to effortlessly clip the phone onto an arm-band, then back to something you can clip onto a pocket or belt, is fantastic!

The case is hard and protective, but seems a little less substantial than the case for the 3G. Also, unlike the 3G case, there are no protective film covers for the front.

These small problems aside, I should point out I've tried several cases for my iPhones, and this is by far the most useful. You don't have to thread anything through anything to convert it to an armband, but at the same time the clip ensures that, as an armband, the phone is really secure.

Using the clip as a rotatable stand is just another innovative feature that suggests to me that Marware has some of the best design engineers in the business today. And, of course, if you... Read more
